Reservation fees are well below Expedia and based strictly on performance. Your hotel would only pay InnSuites 15% of the reservation received through the InnSuites Reservation System for both a source of new reservations AND the added advantages of an effective Brand to add value.

GDS AND TRAVEL SITE CONNECTIVITY

For InnSuites Boutique Hotel Collection Members who desire the most cost-effective connectivity to the Global Distribution System (GDS) and Travel Websites, InnSuites has secured special preferred pricing from its strategic connectivity partner, Sceptre Hospitality Resources.

Through such connectivity, InnSuites' member hotels can reach over half a million travel agents who are using the GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan, Galileo) to make their clients' hotel reservations. In addition, member hotels can also be marketed to over thousands of Travel Sites and Online Merchant Programs (Travelocity, Hotwire, Expedia, Priceline, Orbitz).

InnSuites Boutique Hotel Collection members enjoy the following specials from Sceptre GDS:

Implementation and Database Set-up

1. Nominal Setup and Implementation fee (one-time) includes initial database set-up and training: $420.
2. 1 year term for the contract followed by month to month. The regular contract calls for 3 years.
3. Annual IATA Fee of $50 for GDS IATA Database Access- this is a GDS pass-through fee.
4. No Monthly Minimum required.

Reservation Fees (per net reservation) - only billed after guest departure

1. GDS : $12.17
2. Online Merchant Programs (Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz): $5.00
3. Special Connect Travelweb / Groople Net Rate Support Fee: $1.50
4. Reservations are delivered FREE through Email.
5. Optional STAR Report: $700
